IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team in Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh. As a Relationship Manager-Govt. & Institutional Banking, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with government and institutional clients in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government and institutional clients in the assigned territory
  • Understand the financial needs of clients and provide them with suitable banking solutions
  • Cross-sell various banking products and services to clients
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the government and institutional sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and valuable insights
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the government and institutional banking sector
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of local market and government policies and regulations is a plus
