This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Qualified professional, based in Lucknow. The individual will be responsible for applying their expertise in corporate compliance, governance, and financial legalities. Tasks include reviewing and ensuring legal adherence of company procedures, facilitating communication between stakeholders, assisting in audits, and preparing corporate reports. The role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure accountability and adherence to organizational policies.
