Essential Functions

• Handling complete Employee onboarding, ensuring excellent employee joining experience
• Managing Attendance and leave management
• Handling day-to-day employee HR queries
• Employee benefit administration
• Managing HR Partnership for Employee Payroll with Finance team
• Support Employee events, engagement initiatives
• Supports Learning and Development initiatives
• Handling Employee Offboarding
• Complete HR data management
• MIS and HR Analytics
• Preparing HR presentations and management reports
• Managing complete Legal HR Compliance, audit, Return submissions etc.

Required Education And Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in similar role Managing HR Operations in IT / ITeS Industry
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, federal and state respective employment laws, Lifecycle HR Operations, Employee Engagement.
• Excellent knowledge working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) is must
• Proficiency with Digital HR Tool.
