Job description:
- Build and develop client relationships in a fast-moving environment.
- Drive new business through outreach, referrals and industry events.

- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, up-selling and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop strong market knowledge and a clear area of expertise.
- Advise clients on the right recruitment solutions and support candidates with career guidance.
- Manage mid to senior-level hiring for your clients.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing through to offer.
- Use networking and market insights to create commercial opportunities.

Were looking for candidates with experience in technology recruitment or selling to technology organisations, from B2B sales, business development, customer success, recruitment or other client-facing roles, who want to build a career combining business development and recruitment.
