Job Description
- The role of an IT Business Analyst is to understand the business landscape and the changing needs of the business. As an IT Business Analyst, you will communicate with the top stakeholders in the organization to analyze business requirements, processes, and information systems. Your role will involve helping to drive the business in the right direction by improving the products, services, and software with the help of data analytics. In simple terms, you will bridge the gap between IT and business while enhancing the company's overall efficiency.
You will work closely with multiple teams within the organization, interacting with diverse teams and groups to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. Your responsibilities will also include providing innovative solutions to the various challenges faced by the business and understanding regulatory and reporting requirements in the IT sector.
Some of the key responsibilities of an IT Business Analyst include:
- Understanding business requirements from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing them.
- Creating solutions based on identified requirements, developing change management proposals, and working towards achieving the organization's long-term goals.
- Collaborating closely with the Technical Architect and Development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Facilitating design sessions with project implementation teams and delivering system design elements, business rules, and other relevant deliverables.
- Analyzing and reporting data trends for informed decision-making by pulling information from multiple sources.

- Actively capturing new business requirements and communicating them with the development team.
- Communicating with relevant stakeholders and transferring knowledge to project development teams.
- Envisioning future needs among changing business processes and models to help management make informed decisions.
This is a full-time job opportunity suitable for fresher candidates in a day shift work environment at the designated in-person work location.,
