Role & responsibilities

1. Program Strategy & Execution

• Support the development and implementation of the loyalty program strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Ensure smooth execution of loyalty initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sourcing, PMG, Sales, and Vendors.
• Identify and engage high-value electricians to maximize program effectiveness.
• Continuously enhance the program based on market feedback and regulatory updates.

2. Operations & Vendor Management

• Identify and onboard vendors to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Source and deliver gift items for scheme winners within agreed timelines.
• Ensure timely clearance of redemption claims and vendor invoices.
• Monitor call center operations to maximize daily approval ratios and ensure service quality.
• Oversee end-to-end redemption management and ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze loyalty program data to generate actionable insights.
• Support fact-based decision-making by identifying trends and performance metrics.
• Provide regular reports on program performance, engagement levels, and ROI.
• Leverage program insights to support marketing and engagement strategies.

4. Application & Compliance Management

• Coordinate updates to the loyalty application based on government regulations and user feedback.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth system functionality.

• Should have managed Loyalty Programs
• Strong Excel and PPT skills
• Strong Written and Verbal communication
