Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for building a distributor and retailer network, on-boarding merchants, and ensuring that new distributors and retailers transact on our app. Additionally, you will be expected to cross-sell a minimum of 5 products to the existing merchant network, visit existing distributors for business development, and focus on the retention and re-activation of existing/in-active merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build distributor and retailer network
- On-board merchants and complete KYC/eKYC process
- Ensure new distributors and retailers transact on our app
- Cross-sell a minimum of 5 products to the existing merchant network
- Visit existing distributors for business development and growth
- Retain and re-activate existing/in-active merchants
Qualifications Required:
- Any graduate/undergrad (10+2)
- Local candidates preferred

- Must have a 2-wheeler
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Willingness to make at least 15 sales calls per day
- Should be target and achievement oriented
