Job Description
- As a dedicated team member in this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with carriers and customers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to both customers and carriers. You will play a key role in solving customer and carrier problems, as well as assisting in the resolution of any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as needed by our valued clients.
This is a full-time position with the following benefits:

The work schedule for this role is a day shift, and the work location is in person.
