Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Prayagraj for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will lead all aspects of sales operations, including building and managing a team of insurance advisors, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will also include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales training, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Additionally, the Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Team Leadership
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
