Role Overview:
As the Virtual HR Head based in Hosur, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the Human Resources function for designated units, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. This role demands a seasoned HR professional capable of driving HR initiatives remotely, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and employees at all levels to provide strategic HR guidance and support, contributing directly to the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including contract management and statutory requirements, to mitigate legal risks.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting continuous improvement and career growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Champion TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles within the HR function to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with business priorities.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with experience in ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ability to drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Familiarity with TPM principles and their application in HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management skills.
- 19-29 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
