Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager located in Meerut. The Branch Credit Manager will oversee credit operations, ensuring effective credit risk management. Responsibilities include assessing loan applications, analyzing creditworthiness, and managing the branch credit portfolio. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, implementing credit policies, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and make sound decisions
• Background in Finance and knowledge of credit operations
• Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management
• Proficiency in using credit management tools and software systems
• Experience in the financial services or housing finance sector is a plus
• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred
