Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Malerkotla. The role involves building and managing relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and collaborating with multiple distribution channels. The Senior Business Development Manager will also focus on achieving sales targets, overseeing team performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and a track record of achieving revenue goals.

• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and strong problem-solving aptitude
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is beneficial
