Junior Associate, Venture Capital

What role you will play in team: You will assist the investment team in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing to exit.

What you will do: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling and prepare investment memos for potential investments.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities.
• Conducting due diligence on target companies.
• Financial modeling and valuation.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations.
  
• Monitoring portfolio companies.
• Assisting with investor relations.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in venture capital or related field (internships count).
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
