Role Overview We are looking for dynamic, result-driven individuals for the role of Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to drive growth across both verticals IV wellness services (DRIPLABS) and aesthetic medical devices (Sthetix). This role is ideal for experienced professionals as well as freshers who have strong communication skills and a high earning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

? Drive sales for IV drip therapies and aesthetic medical equipment

? Identify and onboard new clients including clinics, dermatologists, wellness centers, gyms, and HNIs

? Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and partners

? Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultations

? Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets

? Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support

? Stay updated on industry trends in aesthetics, wellness, and medical devices

Who Can Apply

Sales Manager:

? 2+ years of experience in sales (preferred: medical devices, aesthetics, pharma, or wellness)

? Proven track record of achieving targets Assistant Sales Manager /

Freshers:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Confident, presentable, and eager to learn

? Passion for sales and earning high incentives

? Excellent communication and negotiation skills

? Target-driven sales mindset

? Ability to build relationships and close deals

? Self-motivated and energetic personality
