• About the Role

Were looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning systems that power our products. Youll work across the ML lifecycle — from research and experimentation to production deployment and monitoring — collaborating closely with data engineers, product managers, and software teams.

• Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for production use cases
• Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Build and maintain scalable infrastructure for model serving, monitoring, and retraining (MLOps)
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into ML solutions
• Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost in production environments
• Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and performance analysis to continuously improve model accuracy
• Stay current with the latest research in ML/AI (LLMs, deep learning, NLP, CV, etc.) and evaluate applicability to business needs
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Ensure model reliability, fairness, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
