Area Mgr Banking & Financial Mgt

Role Description
The Corporate Finance function is a central function to manage long term funding requirement of the TSL Group including European operations. The main purpose of this role would be to arrange project financing for various capital projects/ corporate requirements, maintain credit rating relationship, bank relationships and undertake corporate finance related activities.
Skills
Work experience of 5-7 years in project financing, capital markets, working capital, managing credit ratings of the company, analysis of financial statements, and an understanding of corporate finance. The ideal candidate should have excellent financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of corporate finance & financial modelling
  
• Understanding of project finance, capital markets and working capital financing.
• Understanding of loan documents and offer documents
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
