Job Description
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage and optimize the MDs calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize and screen emails, calls, and communications, escalating critical matters appropriately.
- Prepare structured daily and weekly briefing notes for MDs review.
Meeting & Committee Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate MDs participation in business reviews, board meetings, and
strategic discussions.
- Ensure meeting readiness by coordinating agendas, pre-read materials, and stakeholder
alignment.
- Record, maintain, and track Minutes of Meetings (MoM), decisions, and action items.
Governance & Compliance Tracking
- Collect and track MoMs from key committees including ExCom, MCom, Purchase Committee,
Mines Committee, and HR Committee.
- Monitor and maintain records of Internal and External Audit Reports.
- Track statutory warnings, notices, and regulatory communications (Corporate Tax, Financial
Regulators, DGMS, RERA, etc.).
Stakeholder & Information Management
- Act as a liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, escalations, and closure of action points.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and structured document control.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
Business Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance dashboards.
- Develop dashboards covering revenue, profitability, projects, OPEX, and CAPEX.
- Analyse performance trends and highlight risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Strategic & Financial Analysis
- Support MD in strategic reviews through deep-dive business analytics.
- Prepare board presentations, leadership review decks, and investor presentations.
- Support annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Provide early warning signals through trend and variance analysis.
- Simplify complex business data into executive-level summaries.

- Strong verbal and written communication with executive presence

- Advanced data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, or BI tools)
- Sound judgment, integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
- Strong presentation and storytelling capability
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or relevant discipline
- 57 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or leadership coordination roles
- Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO level executives preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, financial analysis, and presentation tools
