We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Learning & Development to lead the training and capability-building initiatives for a reputed organization in the luxury hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in designing and implementing learning frameworks that enhance employee performance, leadership development, and overall guest experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organizations Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement training programs focused on service excellence, leadership development, and operational efficiency.
• Identify skill gaps and create structured learning interventions across departments.
• Lead talent development initiatives, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to drive a culture of continuous learning.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Manage external training partners, vendors, and digital learning platforms.
• Ensure alignment with luxury hospitality standards and brand expectations.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within luxury hotel chains or hospitality organizations.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and leadership development.
• Proven experience in designing and scaling L&D frameworks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive organizational change and employee engagement initiatives.
