• Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Manager / Senior Manager - Alliances & Partnerships. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in strategic partnerships, brand collaborations, corporate alliances, and business development with the ability to build and manage long-term relationships that drive business growth and brand visibility.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, driving strategic collaborations, negotiating commercial agreements, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute successful campaigns and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic alliances, partnerships, and brand collaborations
• Identify and onboard potential partners, corporates, and brands for long-term business associations
• Drive collaboration opportunities to enhance business growth, customer engagement, and market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders
• Negotiate commercial agreements, partnership terms, and collaboration frameworks
• Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, category, and business teams for smooth execution of campaigns and partnerships
• Create and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Track partnership performance metrics and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Drive co-branded campaigns, promotional tie-ups, and strategic marketing initiatives
• Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and business plans for prospective collaborators
• Ensure timely execution and optimization of alliance programs

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong experience in Alliances, Partnerships, Brand Collaborations, or Business Development
• Proven track record of building strategic relationships with reputed brands and corporate partners
• Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent understanding of partnership ecosystems and collaboration models
• Experience in managing end-to-end partnership lifecycle from onboarding to execution
• Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
• Ability to drive revenue-focused and growth-oriented partnerships
• Experience in handling cross-functional coordination and client interactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Background:

• Experience in retail, consumer brands, lifestyle, e-commerce, media, or related industries preferred
• Exposure to strategic marketing partnerships and co-branded campaigns
• Experience in managing high-value corporate collaborations
• Understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign execution is an added advantage
