Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing business strategies, and driving growth initiatives. Key day-to-day tasks include market research, sales presentations, consultative selling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Client Relationship Management and Consultative Selling skills
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
