Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across its global operations. This individual will be responsible for expanding business in both U.S.-based staff augmentation and offshore development center services through international delivery teams, and targeting leading semiconductor, electronics, and embedded systems companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and grow existing accounts in both offshore and onshore service delivery models.
- Lead end-to-end sales efforts including prospecting, client engagement, solution development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to shape solutions that align with customer needs and ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a strategic partner to engineering, design, and R&D leaders in target accounts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer roadmaps, priorities, and challenges in semiconductor and embedded system domains.
Ideal Candidate:
You have 5+ years of sales experience in staff augmentation and 3+ years targeting semiconductor and embedded software clients. You can make an immediate impact to company revenue due to your extensive network of key decision makers (engineering managers, directors, VPs) in the semiconductor and embedded software domains. Your sales focus has been targeting direct engineering leaders and NOT human resources, MSP accounts, etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful sales and business development in the staff augmentation industry targeting semiconductor or embedded software.
- Strong existing network with engineering and design managers at top semiconductor and electronics companies.

- Demonstrated success in selling $2M$5M+ in U.S.-based staff augmentation services on a yearly basis.
- Experience selling services related to ASIC/SoC design, embedded systems, firmware, and related technologies.
- Ability to make an immediate revenue impact.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Preferred:
- 4+ years experience selling semiconductor or embedded software outsourced consulting solutions for ODC (offshore development centers).
