Finance Manager - Oil & Gas

We're Hiring | Finance Manager | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Whizz HR is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi.

If you're a strategic finance professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and manage cash flow
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audits
• Oversee banking relationships, working capital, and financial risk management
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
• Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and ERP reporting systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage
• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership experience
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
