Urgently Looking for Assistant Manager/Manager Sales (ASM/RSM) - Electronic Security and Surveillance (Channel Business) at multiple locations in India.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with over 5 years of experience in channel sales within the CCTV and electronic security industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing channel partners, and driving business growth through strategic planning and market insights. Locations: Pan-India, with an urgent requirement in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.

Joining Requirement: Immediate joining or within 20 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors to expand the sales network.

• Drive sales growth by implementing strategic plans and market insights.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned territories.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Ensure smooth operations and execution of sales strategies within the assigned region.

• Provide training and support to channel partners to optimize performance.

• Prepare and present sales reports to management, including forecasts and sales strategies

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales within the CCTV or electronic security industry.

Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.

Strong knowledge of CCTV products, electronic security systems, and market trends.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.

Willingness to travel extensively as required.
