Job Description
- As a Procurement / Vendor Management Senior Analyst at CommBank, you will be a valuable part of the Group Procurement Sourcing Hub team, accountable for managing the RFx process, Contract Management module, and providing commercial and contractual support to category teams. Your role will involve working collaboratively with Category Teams, interpreting and responding to contractual terms and conditions, negotiating and executing supplier contracts, and ensuring compliance with Contract Signing processes.
Your responsibilities will include providing end-to-end management support for RFx, managing supplier communication, defining evaluation criteria, facilitating supplier workshops, and finalizing evaluations. You will also engage with category managers to understand contract hierarchy, create and update contract workspaces, and maintain accurate information within them. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvement opportunities, provide administrative support to enhance team effectiveness, and demonstrate a sound understanding of risk management processes.
To excel in this role, you should have 6-9 years of relevant working experience, solid knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes, commercial acumen, and expertise in contract interpretation and negotiation. Proficiency in Ariba Source to Contract module or equivalent, procurement compliance, and Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to think innovatively, and work collaboratively in a professional corporate environment.
This position requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in BA, B.Com, BBM, BCA, M.Com, or MCA.
